Aubrey Lombardo provides labor and employment counsel to numerous school committees throughout the state. She handles issues that involve discipline, disabilities, and healthcare negotiations. She represents school committees on matters related to access to public records, open meetings law, arbitrations and collective bargaining and, when needed, litigation.
She brings an understanding of all sides of complex disputes involving municipalities and education to her clients. Prior to joining BRCSM in 2013, Aubrey served for four years as legal counsel for the Laborers International Union of North America/Local Union 1033, one of the state’s largest labor unions. She also was an assistant city solicitor in the City of Cranston.
Aubrey is a member of the Women’s Bar Association and is active as an alumna of Bay View Academy.
