Andrew Hogan joined the BRCSM team in September of 2018 after completing a clerkship in the Rhode Island Superior Court. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
During law school, he was a legal intern at BRCSM as well as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Rogeriee Thompson at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a legal intern for the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General.
At BRCSM, Andrew’s responsibilities have included legal research and writing, drafting interrogatories, requests for production, motions to compel and various portions of legal memoranda submitted to courts and hearing agencies. He often works on legal matters in the areas of education and municipal law, personal injury, labor and employment law and business law.
He is a cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law and received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Rhode Island College in Justice Studies.
