Welcome to BRCSM’s Business Law Practice
We offer practical, legal and business advice with an innovative approach to provide effective solutions to business challenges in today’s competitive marketplace. We counsel small and medium-sized New England companies on a broad range of business issues.
SERVICES AND STRATEGIES FROM START-UPS TO ESTABLISHED COMPANIES
Our spectrum of business-related services and strategies include mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate purchases and sales, and general business advice. Our business clients include start-ups, emerging growth companies, and established entities. We advise our clients using a pro-active approach, negotiate on their behalf for contract and general business matters, and vigorously defend them in court, as needed.
EXPERTISE IN TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS
On a national level, we also serve as trusted advisors and in-house trainers to multi-national companies involved in transportation and logistics matters. Our attorneys have developed industry expertise in the international logistics and transportation sector, and understand the critical legal issues facing both service providers and customers. They are often featured speakers at national conferences on topics such as securing “goods on the water” as additional collateral plus the rights and obligations of shippers, common carriers, transportation intermediaries and buyers when goods are in transit.
